2015 Community Ambassador Scholarship Winners
Connection Newsletter - JUNE, 2015On May 20th, 2015, Community Ambassadors had the privilege of presenting two $500 scholarships at the Parma Council of PTA’s Scholarship Dinner held at the LaVilla Banquet and Conference Center.
Since 2013, the Community Ambassador scholarship has been awarded each year to students in the Parma City School District who have exhibited excellence in academics, leadership, and community service. This year, the well-deserving recipients of the 2015 Community Ambassador Scholarships were Aiya Elghaffar and Allison Smith.
Ayia Elghaffar | Valley Forge High School
Aiya will be attending the University of Toledo to pursue a degree in Biology with a pre-med concentration. (Pictured left to right: Dona Kiner, Aiya Elghaffar, Jeremy Kiner)
Allison Smith | Normandy High School
Allison will be attending Cleveland State University to major in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. (Pictured left to right: Dona Kiner, Allison Smith, Jeremy Kiner)
