Mobile Food Pantry – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Parma Area Family Collaborative is in desperate need of volunteers to help with this week’s Mobile Food Pantry on Thursday, March 12.
They are short staffed that day and need as many volunteers as possible to help unload the truck at 9:00 AM and also to help pass out food from 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM. If your church has members that could assist, please contact Megan Drozda at 440-842-7026 or drozdam@parmacityschools.org
WHAT IS THE MOBILE FOOD PANTRY?
On the second Thursday of every month, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM, the Parma Area Family Collaborative hosts a free mobile food pantry in conjunction with the Cleveland Foodbank. They are always in need of volunteers to help set up and to help pass out food. If you would like to lend a hand, please contact them at 440-887-4873.
The Collab also has a Clothing Center that is open every Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Please pass the word to anyone within your church that might benefit from these services. All are welcome.
