We’re excited to welcome The James Mobile Mammography Unit to our community on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds.

This mobile unit offers breast cancer screening mammograms using high-quality digital imaging — brought directly to the community for added convenience. Mammograms can help detect breast cancer early, often before symptoms appear.

You may be eligible for a mammogram if you:

• Are age 40 or older, or at high risk for breast cancer
• Are due for an annual screening mammogram
• Are breastfeeding: you must pump or nurse before your mammogram
• Are asymptomatic, or it has been five years or more since a breast cancer diagnosis
• Are age 35–39 and have a written prescription

Appointments are required. Results are shared via MyChart or by mail, and patients are contacted directly if follow-up care is needed.
